Mac Donnel's diner has opened and is causing a bit of a stir... Most of the folks we interviewed were quite pleased with the limited menu, fast service and tasty burgers. Many were surprised at the small size of the burgers and fries but happy with the price.
After watching all the fuss and growing lunch patrons, Doc and JimY went over to sample the offerings. Of course Doc wanted shrooms... JimY wanted a beer... Not gonna happen.
Doc had a cheeseburger, fries and (ugh) cola. Jim, a burger, fries and (alas) Root Beer. Both wanted the burger their way... did not happen. They left feeling Mac Donnel's posed no threat to any of their business ventures. Big Mac was not going to make it in their opinion.
The folks in town seem to disagree...
